Who these terms are with
School Planner is provided by Swazer Ltd. These terms cover the apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, the web app at app.schoolplanner.me, and this website. By using any of them you accept these terms.
Your account
You need an account to use School Planner. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — anyone who has them can read and change your planner. Tell us at info@swazerlab.com if you think someone else has access to your account.
What it costs
School Planner is free to use. There is an optional premium upgrade, sold only through the App Store and Google Play — the web app cannot take a payment. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them, and you cancel through the store you bought from rather than through us, because that is where the billing relationship sits. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's policies.
The iPhone and Android apps show advertising unless you have premium. The web app does not.
Your content
What you put into School Planner stays yours. We store it to provide the service and to sync it between your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you add other people's details — a teacher's email address, say — you are responsible for doing that reasonably.
Using it sensibly
Please do not attempt to break into other people's accounts, disrupt the service for others, or use School Planner for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account being used that way.
What we can and can't promise
We work to keep School Planner running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or entirely free of faults. The web app needs an internet connection to load and to save changes. Reminders depend on your device and its notification settings, so please do not rely on School Planner as the only record of something that really matters — keep your own copy of anything critical.
We are not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, and nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changing or ending the service
We may change School Planner as it develops, and we may update these terms — if we do, this page changes and so does the date at the top. Where a change is significant we will try to tell you in advance. You can stop using School Planner whenever you like and delete your account by emailing info@swazerlab.com from the address on your account; it is removed within 72 hours and cannot be recovered afterwards.
Our rights in the app
School Planner, its name and its design belong to Swazer Ltd. You get to use the app; you do not get ownership of it.
