Something's broken
Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and include your device and app version if you can. Bug reports with those three things get fixed considerably faster than ones without.
You want a feature
Worth sending. A good proportion of what's in the app now started as an email from someone describing how their school actually works.
Account or data questions
Including deleting your account and the data attached to it. Ask and we'll walk you through it.
Press, partnerships and schools
Same address. Say which of those it is in the subject line and it'll get to the right place.
Before you write
If it's a question about how something works, the homepage and the online planner page both have FAQs that cover the things we're asked most — especially around syncing, what's free, and using the planner in a browser.
Reviews on the stores are read too, but we can't reply to you there in any useful way, so email is better if you need an answer.
